30 day trial period, no questions asked!

We know you’ll love the new found freedom Beeline gives you. We also know that it takes a leap of faith to let go of prescriptive turn by turn navigation.

As per our 30 day trial period promise, we’ll gladly process for any Beeline sent back to us within 30 days of purchase. We do require that you inform us by emailing returns@beeline.co quoting your order number.

We'll give you a returns authorisation number which you must use to complete the returns form.

If you can’t wait for a Beeline to arrive to test out the concept,  download the app for free where you can try the navigation in demo mode.

Warranty

We’ve gone to great lengths in the design and testing process to ensure that Beeline is as robust and reliable as possible so it works like a dream. If it doesn’t and it’s our fault, we’ll make it right any time within 12 months of purchase. Drop us an email on support@beeline.co telling us what’s gone wrong and we’ll help to get it fixed or replaced. We will just have to take a look at it first to make sure you haven’t taken it scuba ping or fed it to your dog etc.

Returns

As per our 30 day trial period promise, we’ll gladly process for any Beeline sent back to us within 30 days of purchase. We do require that you inform us by emailing  returns@beeline.co quoting your order number.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed and can only be issued to the original card with which the purchase was made. Refunds will be for the original amount paid in British Pounds – we can’t take into account local currency fluctuations. We’re afraid we can’t cover the cost of return shipping or any additional duties or levies incurred for international orders.

In the highly unlikely event that your Beeline arrives and doesn’t work, it goes without saying that we’ll do all we can to replace it as quickly as we can without charging you a penny. Then we’ll work out how to make sure that doesn’t happen again!

Our only overriding request in the case of any refund is that you let us know why you want to return Beeline so we can improve it. We’re young, learning and always striving to make Beeline better – we can only do that with your feedback.
