Warranty:

We’ve gone to great lengths in the design and testing process to ensure that Beeline is as robust and reliable as possible so it works like a dream. If it doesn’t and it’s our fault, we’ll make it right any time within 24 months of purchase. Drop us an email on support@beeline.co telling us what’s gone wrong and we’ll help to get it fixed or replaced. We will just have to take a look at it first to make sure you haven’t taken it scuba diving or fed it to your dog etc.

Returns: 

As per our 30 day trial period promise, we’ll gladly process a refund for any Beeline sent back to us within 30 days of purchase.

How to return your Beeline:

1)     Inform us by emailing returns@beeline.co quoting your order number and let us know why you want to return your Beeline

2)     We’ll give you a Return Authorisation (RA) number

3)     Use your Return Authorisation number to complete the returns form. Please note that if a Beeline product is returned for any reason other than repair under warranty, the customer is responsible for all postage charges to return it.

Refunds:

Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed and can only be issued to the original card with which the purchase was made. Refunds will be for the original amount paid in British Pounds – we can’t take into account local currency fluctuations. We’re afraid we can’t cover the cost of return shipping or any additional international duties or levies incurred.

Recycling:

If you’re buying a new Beeline or want to recycle your old Beeline, we will do it for free. Learn more here.
