When Beeliners Alex and Mark heard that their friend Tom had started making gin, they thought a pedal down to his house in Shoreham was well worth the effort.
On a sunny Saturday morning two weeks ago they saddled up and meandered out of London, through Surrey and then Sussex, with Beelines guiding them all the way.
En route they passed quaint villages and a couple of coffee stops in the sunshine, and arrived to a gin and tonic, a tour of his shed-based distillery and a tasty afternoon barbecue - chin chin!
