Our 30 day "free trial" return guarantee
At Beeline, we want everyone to have the very best cycling or motorcycling experience with our products. We hope that you will love your product, but understand that minds and circumstances can change and you may need to return it. You may return any product(s) purchased from this web site for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the date of delivery for a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost. Products must be returned in their full original packaging and in a resellable condition. Deductions from the refund amount may be made in the event of missing or damaged products or packaging.
To request a “free trial” return, you must contact the Beeline customer support team. You are required to provide your name and copy of the original receipt / proof of purchase from this website indicating the date purchased. The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.
- If eligible for “free trial” return, customer support will provide shipping instructions, a returns number and a returns sheet
- Customers requiring a “free trial” return must complete the returns sheet fully. Any omissions may cause delays or inability to process returns
- Customers shipping “free trial” returns back to Beeline are responsible for ensuring successful carriage to the Beeline warehouse. Customers are advised to track and insure their returns as Beeline cannot be responsible for any products lost in the post
- Products must be returned in full original packaging and with any included accessories in the box. Missing or damaged Products/packaging may result in deductions from the refund amount
Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed and can only be issued to the original card with which the purchase was made. Refunds will be for the original amount paid in British Pounds – we can’t take into account local currency fluctuations.
Our Limited Warranty Policy for new products
Beeline expressly warrants products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, except that if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and you purchased your Beeline product in the EEA, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with EEA warranty regulations.
Defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, excess moisture, insects, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification are not covered.
Beeline will, at its discretion, repair or replace with a comparable Product, at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. Where a product meets the warranty return eligibility requirements, Beeline will compensate the customer for any return shipping costs, up to the amount specified by the customer service agent in the returns emails.Replacement products may be new, refurbished or reconditioned and are warranted for the unexpired period of the original purchase, or 90 days from shipment (whichever is longer). Any products replaced become the property of Beeline.
Beeline will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product, offer a product of equivalent type and price or offer a full refund of the purchase price.
Our Limited Warranty Policy for refurbished products
Beeline warrants to the original purchaser that your Beeline product that is certified refurbished by or on behalf of Beeline (refurbished product(s) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase/receipt).
Warranty request and return process
Products being returned under warranty must be returned to the point of purchase.
If you bought your product on our website, and would like to make a request for warranty service, you must contact the Beeline customer support team. You are required to provide your name, address, phone number, and copy of the original receipt / proof of purchase from this website indicating the date purchased. Purchases from other retailers/websites must be returned to the point of purchase.
- Warranty claims are handled in the United Kingdom and products must be sent back to the UK for repair/replacement
- If eligible for warranty, customer support will provide shipping instructions, a returns number and a returns sheet
- Customers requiring warranty service must complete the returns sheet fully and print it to place in the box with the product. Any omissions may cause delays or inability to process warranty returns
- Customers must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Beeline.
Beeline will compensate the customer for any return shipping costs, up to the amount specified by the customer service agent in the returns emails.
Customers must deliver the product only. Any packaging, mounts or other accessories returned with the Product cannot be returned to the customer
The repair/refurbishment process
Beeline-branded products and accessories include complex integrated components for which repair, such as water ingress or faulty batteries, can take some time to repair. To minimise delays for customers, Beeline repairs products that it has received at its repair centre and holds these as stock to issue as refurbished/replacement products. Customers returning a product for repair/replacement will receive a Product from the refurbished stock, as opposed to receiving their original product back.
Exclusions and limitations
Beeline does not warrant that the operation of its products will be uninterrupted or error-free. These Limited Product Warranties do not cover software embedded in any product and related services provided by Beeline. See the Beeline Terms of Service for details of your rights with respect to use of the software and related services.
These Limited Product Warranties apply only to the original purchaser of the product that was purchased from an authorized reseller or sales channel and manufactured by or for Beeline that can be identified by an authorized “Beeline” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. Without limiting the foregoing, these Limited Product Warranties do not apply to any (a) Beeline products and services other than the products, (b) non-Beeline products, even if included or sold with a product, including, without limitation, any counterfeit products, (c) products that are, or Beeline reasonably believes to be, stolen, (d) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product, (e) to any products bought in online auctions eg. eBay. These Limited Product Warranties do not apply to third-party products or accessories, including but not limited to products with the “Made for Beeline” or “Works with Beeline” logos. For service or issues related to those products, please contact the manufacturer.
These Limited Product Warranties are non-transferable and do not apply to a product or part of a product that has been serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone who is not authorized by Beeline, nor does it apply to any cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents. In addition, these Limited Product Warranties do not apply to damage or defects caused by (a) use with non-Beeline products; (b) accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) normal wear and tear or aging of the product such as discoloration or stretching; or (d) operating the product (i) outside the permitted or intended uses described by Beeline, (ii) not in accordance with instructions provided by Beeline, or (iii) with improper voltage, power supply or installation.
Our navigation products are intended to be used only as a travel aid and must not be used for any purpose requiring precise measurement of direction, distance, location or topography. Beeline makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of map data in its Products.
No Beeline reseller, distributor, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to these Limited Product Warranties.
Your National Statutory Rights
Customers in some jurisdictions may have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods. These rights are not affected by the warranties stated above. If any term contained herein is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Beeline be liable for any loss not caused by Beeline’s breach of this warranty document, for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages including any loss of profit or loss of opportunity, whether resulting from the use, misuses or inability to use this product from defects in the product. This limitation shall not apply to (i) death or personal injury; (ii) fraud; (iii) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iv) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of law.
