Hi riders,
As you know, we have recently been experiencing various app data issues which you may have noticed appearing as slower syncing, trouble loading ride history, and occasional interruptions during rides. You can find out more about these, and what has caused them, here.
The good news
We are continuing to make improvements to the app which are allowing it to deal with the load better. We have released two new versions of the app:
- 3.4.2813 on iOS
- 4.2.6335 on Android
Both have various load-reducing fixes in them.
The important thing here is that everyone updates to these latest app versions as more people being on the latest versions will reduce the overall load (and associated issues) for all Beeliners. You may find that your app has already automatically updated but please manually download the update if it hasn't.
We'll continue to work on building resilience into the app for busy times in the future but we think that these solutions should be a positive step for anyone who is still experiencing issues.
