Moto II Anniversary Edition - "Ride of a Lifetime" Competition

Terms and Conditions

Please note: The Malle Rally runs exclusively in English. There are no tour guides for non-English speakers available. Participants should therefore have a good level of English in order to communicate comfortably in everyday situations.

1. The Promoter
The promoter is Relish Technologies Limited, trading as ‘Beeline’, 518 The Printrooms, 164-180 Union Street, London, England, SE1 0LH.

2. The Prize

• The Event: Two (2) places on The Great Malle Rally 2027, organised by Malle London.
• Event date: Subject to Malle London’s final 2027 schedule.
• The Experience: * Entry for two riders on the 2,500-mile (approx.) motorcycle rally.
• Inclusions: Full rally support from Malle London (mechanics, medics, marshals), official Malle Rally Kit, and all meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) for the duration of the rally.
• Accommodation: The prize includes all features of the ‘Extra Lite’ package. Which  includes rally camp access.
  Please note, participants must bring their own tent and accessories.
• Logistics Support: The prize includes a financial contribution towards the cost of shipping if required, or the rental of a bike local to the start of the rally, up to a maximum of £1000 per entry (£500 per person). Receipts will be required to support repayment.
• Travel to the start line: The prize includes a financial contribution towards the cost of travel to/from the route, up to a maximum of £1000 per entry (£500 per person). Receipts will be required to support repayment.

3. Eligibility & Rider Requirements

• Licence: Both riders must hold a valid, full motorcycle licence at the time of the rally.
• Motorcycles: Malle London describe the rally as "inappropriate" for modern superbikes, favouring custom, classic, scramblers, and café racers, and bikes with an engine size in excess of 250cc.
• Roadworthiness: Bikes must be road-legal, taxed, and insured for the territories covered (UK & Ireland).

4. Registration

• To enter, the purchaser must register their Moto II Anniversary Edition at beeline.co/rideofalifetime by 23:59 GMT on 31st December 2026. 
• Duplicate entries are not permitted. 
• The Draw will take place on January 4th 2027.
• Entry is not automatic. You must visit beeline.co/rideofalifetime and complete the official registration form to enter.

5. Transferability

• If the winner is not able to make the dates of the event in 2027, the winner is permitted to transfer the prize to a nominated 3rd party within a period of 30 days.. Resale of the prize package is not permitted.

6. What is NOT Included

• Fuel: Riders are responsible for their own fuel costs.
• Insurance: Personal travel/accident insurance and motorcycle insurance.
• Consumables: Spare parts for personal motorcycles (though mechanical support is on hand).
• Fines: Any traffic or parking fines incurred during the rally!

Section 1: How to Enter

1. Purchase: Purchase a Beeline Moto II Anniversary Edition device from any authorised retailer or direct from Beeline.co.
2. Registration: Entry is not automatic. Visit beeline.co/rideofalifetime and complete the official registration form, including your name, email address, and the unique serial number of your Moto II Anniversary Edition device. Device serial numbers can be found on the box of your Moto II.
   Duplicate entries are not permitted.
3. Deadline: All entries must be registered by 23:59 GMT on 31st December 2026.
   Proof of purchase may be required to validate a win.
4. Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid registrations within 30 days of the closing date. The winner will be able to choose their companion.
5. Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address provided during registration. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Beeline reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Section 2: Participant Liability & Safety Waiver

1. Assumption of Risk

The Winner and their chosen guest (the "Participants") acknowledge that long-distance motorcycle touring involves inherent risks, including but not limited to road hazards, weather conditions, and mechanical failure. By accepting the prize, Participants agree to participate entirely at their own risk.

2. Rider Responsibilities

• Documentation: Participants must, on request, provide proof of a valid motorcycle licence and any necessary visas/travel documents for the UK and Ireland to the event organisers.
• Safety Gear: Participants are solely responsible for wearing appropriate safety equipment (helmet, gloves, armoured clothing) that meets local legal requirements.
• Conduct: The Great Malle Rally is a "gentleman’s rally," not a race. Any Participant found to be riding dangerously or under the influence of alcohol/drugs may be immediately disqualified by Malle London or the Promoter without compensation.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

• Any personal injury, death associated with participation in the Rally.
• Any damage to property occurring during the shipment of motorcycles, or participation in the Rally.
• Any costs incurred outside of the specific prize inclusions
  (e.g., fuel, personal insurance, bike repairs).
• Any cancellation or rescheduling of the Rally by Malle London. In the event of cancellation, the Promoter will work with the winner to provide an equivalent experience or deferment, but no cash alternative is guaranteed.

4. Insurance Requirement

It is a mandatory condition of entry that both Participants hold comprehensive Travel and Medical Insurance that specifically covers "large displacement motorcycling" and "motorsports / organised events" for the duration of the event. Beeline may request proof of this insurance prior to booking the prize.

Publicity

By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable post-event publicity, which may include sharing photos or videos of their "Ride of a Lifetime" with Beeline for social media and marketing purposes.
