To get a repaired product:

  1. Contact us to assess the issue with your device. 
  2. We’ll send you a link to the correct product to purchase.
  3. Send us back your broken device with your personal returns code.

We'll send you an immediate replacement once we receive your broken device. 

Your returned device will be fixed and added to our repair stock.

All paid repairs come with a twelve-month warranty. 

NOTE: This product is only available to people with a broken Beeline Velo 2 device that is out of warranty. You must send back ONLY the device itself (no mounts or accessories).
