To get a repaired product:

- We’ll send you a link to the correct product to purchase.
- Send us back your broken device with your personal returns code.
We'll send you an immediate replacement once we receive your broken device.
Your returned device will be fixed and added to our repair stock.
All paid repairs come with a twelve-month warranty.
NOTE: This product is only available to people with a broken Beeline Velo 2 device that is out of warranty. You must send back ONLY the device itself (no mounts or accessories).

Recently used on routes in Northumberland from Berwick down to Morpeth and app did not miss a beat!! Also used with Sustrans gpx files supplied with various books. Does Velo 2 work in my country?
Yes, Velo 2 works in most countries worldwide, as long as GPS coverage is available.
In many regions, Beeline Smart Routing powers route planning with cyclist-friendly paths. See supported countries here.
In other areas, Velo 2 defaults to routes provided by Mapbox, you’ll still get turn-by-turn directions, just from our global backup provider. Check Mapbox coverage by country.

Your Beeline order ships quickly from our UK or EU warehouses. Here are typical delivery times:

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is dispatched.

How do I pair my Beeline with my phone?
Follow these quick steps to connect your Beeline via Bluetooth (works on both iPhone and Android):
- Open the Beeline app and go through the onboarding screens.
- When prompted, choose “Pair a Beeline device.”
- Turn on your Beeline: If the screen is black or showing the logo screen, wake it up by holding the bottom button for a few seconds (note, it’s the top button for the original Moto).
- Your Beeline will display a message “SCAN TO GET APP” and the device ID
- Select your Beeline from the list in the phone app.
- Approve the Bluetooth pairing request.
Your Beeline will automatically download firmware updates if needed.

How do I plan a route on Beeline?
Planning a ride is simple in the Beeline app, whether it’s a quick A to B or an all-day adventure.
- Open the Beeline app and tap ‘Where to?’ at the bottom of the screen.
- Search for a destination or tap a location, or multiple taps for multi stops, directly on the map.
- Beeline will generate a turn-by-turn route.
You can:
- Follow the suggested path
- Or choose Compass mode for light, freeform guidance
For longer rides, tap ‘Add Waypoint’ to include stops or scenic detours.
